Our Story
SPROUT Program for Healthy Eating was started in order to address the nutritional and dietary needs of those living in South King County in the state of Washington. The program began as a waiting room intervention at Midway HealthPoint and continued as an online YouTube series.
Our website is designed for those who continue to follow the program and would like to access our recipe.
